If you are a student of Class-11 or Class-12, and you are preparing the project report for the investigatory project, you need to include a certificate page.

Just like the front page / cover page, the  certificate page should contain the following information:

  • Title of the investigatory project
  • The subject name and the subject code
  • Name of the student
  • Roll number of student / AISSCE roll number
  • Name of the Guide Teacher / Supervisor
    • Designation of the guide teacher
  • Name of the School
    • Address of the school
  • Space for signature of
    •  the guide teacher
    •  the principal
    •  the external practical examiner
  • Space for the school stamp
