If you are a student of Class-11 or Class-12, and you are preparing the project report for the investigatory project, you need to include a certificate page.

Just like the front page / cover page, the certificate page should contain the following information:
- Title of the investigatory project
- The subject name and the subject code
- Name of the student
- Roll number of student / AISSCE roll number
- Name of the Guide Teacher / Supervisor
- Designation of the guide teacher
- Name of the School
- Address of the school
- Space for signature of
- the guide teacher
- the principal
- the external practical examiner
- Space for the school stamp
